It proves to me they comprehended the reading

I mainly use the articles for my Environmental Science class. I found many articles regarding biodiversity, ecosystems and the Amazon fires. I was able to integrate my students’ culture due to the indigenous tribes being impacted in the Amazon. I have a couple of students with dyslexia and a couple others with low reading scores who were able to feel successful and not embarrassed by listening to the articles and following along. It also parallels the Claim, Evidence, and Analysis writings for Next Generation Science Standards because the questions require them to find evidence to answer the questions. It also proves to me that they comprehended the reading.
